Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours is a 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours no refund
PICK-UP:
If your reservation comes with Pick-up from hotels in Negril or Montego Bay, please be in the hotel lobby or security check-out area at least five (5) minutes prior to your pick-up time. The shuttle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for an individual not in the Lobby or at the Security Check-out Area.
ADVISORY:
