You will need to be a team player who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a confident, outgoing telephone manner. Your working environment is busy and dynamic. Targets are achievable and bonuses are uncapped.
There is no cold calling in this role, all leads are via incoming calls or online enquiries through our many websites. Your role is to take bookings over the phone and online and ensure they are confirmed with our activity partners.
You must be driven and confident
Going the extra mile is integral to the role, ensuring targets are met and our customers are happy.
Up-selling & cross-selling are also vital to our sales process so you will need enthusiasm for and a genuine interest in becoming a specialist in our activities.
Call centre and/or travel agency experience would be considered extremely advantageous.
