During this Private one-on-one 90-minute Breathwork Session, you will be guided through tailored breathing coaching and training by Professional Breathwork Coach and PADI Freediver Instructor Trainer and former Cycling Competitor, Directeur Sportif and Coach, Marlon Quinn. 

Using scientifically based Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques the coaching session provides techniques to enhance sports performance by reducing stress, improving focus, and optimising physical capacity. These sessions offer individualised guidance to help you breathe with increased oxygen intake, improved movement, stability and precision, faster recovery and enhanced physical capacity, so that you are better equipped to maximise your athletic potential and sporting achievements in greater fluidity and rhythm.

Beginning with a relaxed introduction and opportunity to review intention setting, the session will then move through breathwork dry land exercises to aid relaxation and develop self awareness. Upon setting the foundation exercises, the breathwork techniques will be applied whilst performing the chosen sport/activity. The session is designed to help strengthen your pathway to greater calm and build resilience against life's certain ups and downs. Moving through the session in a structured approach with full guidance at each step of the way, you will embrace the sensations of change whilst reducing the impetus for abandonment into leap of faith. 

The session guides you into the presence of mindfulness, with a new ease into perceptions of discomfort and using methods to turn towards comfort instead. With an emphasis of aligning mind and body through self awareness, the training approach gives you the freedom to express your own individualism in both stillness and movement.
