Host
Your host is Jo Jarden, a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and the founder of Heart and Mind Yoga Studio in Christchurch. Her approach blends body and mind practices to help individuals improve their health and cultivate a sense of positivity. With 12 years of experience in yoga, fitness classes, retreats, and more, she combines ancient yoga wisdom with modern well-being techniques to help people release tension and develop their inner strength.
Accommodation
Middlehurst’s brand-new purpose-built Lodge comprises 10 spacious rooms with a dining area and licensed bar. Their rooms boast high levels of comfort with luxury linen, underfloor heating, sliding doors to panoramic mountain views, unlimited Wi-Fi, books, lawn games, and outdoor wood-fired hot tubs.

Drive
from Christchurch, via Hanmer Springs, it is approximately a 4 hour drive that will take you through the incredible unique and iconic Molesworth Station. A shuttle service may also be provided for a group coming from Christchurch.
from Blenheim it's a two-hour drive from Blenheim airport through the stunning Awatere Valley.
