Your day begins with a scenic drive up the Blackall Range to a boutique vineyard, where you’ll enjoy a guided wine tasting paired with a local cheese platter. Take in the panoramic views of the estate and hinterland as you sip and savour the region’s unique varietals.

Next, we visit a well-known local dairy producer where you can purchase a variety of handmade cheeses and gourmet goods—perfect to take home or enjoy later. These are the same cheeses featured on your earlier platter, all sourced from local milk suppliers.

For lunch, we continue on to a stylish hinterland brewery and restaurant, where you’ll be treated to a seasonal farm-to-fork two-course meal showcasing local produce. Sip on a tasting paddle of craft beers — brewed onsite — or opt for a glass of wine, cider or a refreshing non-alcoholic drink while relaxing in the breezy restaurant.

Our final stop takes us to a boutique distillery, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of their small-batch spirits. Choose from a flight of gin, vodka, rum or seasonal liqueurs as you enjoy the warm hospitality and rural setting of this unique venue.
