A descida em rappel por uma imponente ravina leva-nos até à praia do Porto da Baleeira, enseada protegida por escarpas, de águas de um azul profundo, em pleno Parque Natural da Arrábida. As ruínas de antigas construções que serviam de apoio aos pescadores, são um monumento natural e testemunho das raízes piscatórias da região.
O regresso será feito de barco, num passeio tranquilo no qual irá descobrir enseadas, grutas e praias selvagens da costa entre o Cabo Espichel e a vila de Sesimbra.

A abseil adventure to a paradise beach followed by a boat ride along the coastline.
The abseil descent through an imposing gorge takes us to the beach of Porto da Baleeira, a cove protected by cliffs, with deep blue waters, in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park. The ruins of old fishermen shelters, are a natural monument and testimony of the fishing roots of the region.
The return will be done by boat, in a quiet tour during which you will discover coves, caves and wild beaches of the coastline between Cabo Espichel and Sesimbra. FR//

La descente en rappel à travers un imposant ravin nous emmène à la plage de Porto da Baleeira , crique protégée par des escarpements, aux eaux bleues profondes, au cœur du Parc Naturel d'Arrábida.
Les ruines des anciens bâtiments qui servaient d'appui aux pêcheurs, sont un monument naturel et un témoignage des racines de la pêche dans la région.
Le retour se fera en bateau, dans le cadre d'un circuit tranquille au cours duquel vous découvrirez les criques, grottes et plages sauvages de la côte entre le Cabo Espichel et Sesimbra.
