• Participants Guidelines

  Minimum age varies depending on the location. It is usually between 7 and 10. May not be suitable for players with high blood pressure, any heart condition, epilepsy, lung conditions, pregnancy, back/neck injuries, knee injury or weakness, claustrophobia, or those who have had a recent operation.

• General Availability

  Available on selected days every week at each site.

• What To Wear

  You can either dress like a footballer or come in casual exercise clothes. Whatever suits you best!

• Weather

  Sessions won’t normally be affected by poor weather conditions, but in extreme circumstances they’ll be postponed.

• Duration

  Between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the package.

• Min Group Size

  You need at least ten players per group.

• Spectators

  Each site has either spectator areas, or a bar with seating areas.

• Other Info

  Showers, changing rooms, toilets and car parking can be found at each site.
