It’s advisable to bring appropriate footwear for walking on uneven terrain, a hat, sunglasses, swimwear, and a towel.
Starting early to explore the pristine Daintree Rainforest without the crowds. A picturesque drive through sugar cane country takes you to your first stop, where you'll embark on a one-hour private wildlife cruise on the Daintree River, spotting local wildlife such as the Saltwater Estuarine Crocodile, rainforest frogs, birdlife, and flying fox bats.
From there, venture deep into the heart of the Daintree Rainforest, taking in stunning views of the Coral Sea from the Alexandra Range Lookout. Keep an eye out for rare sightings of Cassowary, Boyd’s Forest Dragons, and Buff Breasted Paradise Kingfishers as you explore rainforest trails and beaches. Take a refreshing dip in a crystal-clear waterhole surrounded by lush rainforest (optional), before enjoying lunch.
After lunch, it's time for TreeTops Adventures, where you'll take a zipline tour through the rainforest canopy. Three ziplines ranging from 15 to 130m lead to an 8m high enclosed 360-degree viewing platform. Then, enjoy an easy treetop walk with bridges, cables, and nets that allow you to fully immerse in the rainforest canopy. The course ends with a spectacular dual zipline.
At the end of your adventure-packed day, return to your accommodation.
