A wonderful 1 Hour Horse Riding excursion that is perfect for both the novice and experienced rider alike! This experience takes place across our farm land where our well trained instructors will teach you the basics of horse riding before allowing you to take the reins yourself. If you're confident you can progress to a trot and canter, all the while taking in the beautiful countryside that surrounds our venue. Even if you have not been in the saddle for while this is the perfect adventure to ease back into horse riding and regain your confidence atop one of our friendly and trustworthy mounts.
What to Wear & Bring:
Please note that we allocate horses based on the height and weight information provided by you, so please ensure these details are accurate when entering them into our booking notes.
We ride out in all weathers, so please come prepared with coats and waterproofs if it’s raining. Please wear comfortable long trousers and closed-toe shoes or boots with a small heel—no sandals or open footwear. For safety, boots with a firm sole and gloves are advisable, and shoulders should be covered while riding. We also recommend dressing appropriately for the season, with gloves in colder months. For your comfort after the ride, feel free to bring a bottle of water or a light refreshment to enjoy once you’re back at the yard.
Riding hats are available to hire for a small fee, payable in cash on the day of your visit.

Set in the picturesque East Sussex countryside, just outside the village of Danehill and a short drive from Haywards Heath, this location is easily accessed via the A275. It’s within reach of nearby towns such as Uckfield, Forest Row and East Grinstead, and is surrounded by scenic woodland and rolling hills.
