At Caldera Countryside Lakeside Retreat, the experience is

yours to tailor. Choose from a variety of accommodation options, from cozy
tents to luxurious waterfront Lakehouse bungalow, or bring along your campervan
or use ours (space for campervans is limited), each option offering its own
unique charm and comfort. Whether you're seeking a peaceful sanctuary for
solitude or an active playground for adventure, our retreat is yours to explore
and enjoy. If you haven’t camped before,
don’t let that deter you. This is the perfect introduction to camping. It’s really a fun experience. We find our first
time campers usually join us for a 2nd camping trip and so on.

ITINERARY:

Saturday:

Transport: Pickups begin from 9am Saturday - from Park Road
Station, Eight Mile Plains Bus Station, Loganholme Shopping Centre, Beenleigh
Station, Helensvale Station, Robina Station, and BP Chinderah. Exact pick-up time will be advised on
booking. Other pick-up locations can be requested. ... We will meander down to Northern NSW via a couple of stops
for coffee, lunch, and intrigue at the charming country towns, arriving at our
Retreat for 2pm check-in time. Activities around the lake Saturday afternoon Campfire - get to know you - activities. Dinner & Dessert - Dining with us is all about enjoying the
local produce, sharing a drink, and engaging in comfortable chatter in a warm
environment.
Sunday - Discovery Day:

Re-charge your way! Begin your morning with a Yoga session a
lake-side meditation moment or a lazy sleep-in. Those up early enough and quiet enough may have
a chance at spotting a platypus. Breakfast – A delicious way to start your day. Relax whilst
your breakfast is prepared for you. Waterfalls & Rainforest adventure Walk Lunch at Nimbin - Nimbin’s famous Falafels Lakeside Water Activities in the afternoon. Indulgent Foot Soak pamper. Sunset Cocktail Party Dinner & Dessert – Dining with us is all about enjoying the
local produce, sharing a drink, and engaging in comfortable chatter in a warm

Monday:
Breakfast - A delicious way to start your day. Relax whilst
your breakfast is prepared for you. Last opportunity for Lakeside fun - if you haven't tried the
SUP, now is your chance. Camp Pack-up & depart camp. Lunch - Hill Top Picnic & Adventure Lookout Drop off's - begin from 4.30pm to your preferred
destination. WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Breakfast x 2 - Sunday & Monday - at Retreat Lunch x 3 - 2 x Country Town Lunches & 1 x Picnic with a
view Dinner x 2 - Saturday & Sunday - at Retreat Dessert x 2 - Saturday & Sunday - at Retreat Morning Tea x 3 Afternoon Tea x 3 Coffee, Tea & Water available throughout Cocktail Party Transportation with Driver for the duration of the retreat. Tent - single occupancy -no single supplement. Our tents are

More about the Food:


High quality meals are provided with plenty of healthy
options. All dietary needs are catered for. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free etc

Dinner is served for each meal to the table at the boatshed.
As a guide only meals served previously include Export A grade steaks,
butterfly lamb and Greek salad, Duck L'orange with French vegetables, Chicken
Ceasar Salad, Green Goddess Calamari.

Breakfast includes eggs benedict, Korean Pancakes, Greek
yoghurt fruit & nut muffins, fresh tropical fruits, muesli, cereals, and
sourdough toasts.

We will ask you after RSVP for any dietary requirements.
What do you need to bring:

Sleeping Bag or bed linen for a single mattress. Pillow. Reusable Coffee Mug BYO Alcohol & Plastic Wine Glass if you like. Glamp it up! Here is
your chance to enhance your den/tent space with battery operated fairy lights.

Camp life:

Tents are centrally located to the luxurious amenities block
and the communal Boat Shed eating block.

In the evening everyone eats under the boat shed by the
lake, shares stories, a sing a long and a few sips of your favourite beverages.


Trivia night is always a blast and brings plenty of laughs.

Swimming Kayaks Paddle Boards Rowboat Hammocks Fishing - there are great size fish located in the lake. Wildlife - Including Wallabies on site, turtles, you may

Tent Sites x 8 (all tent equipment and mattress supplied) Camper Vans Places x 4 - (Drive Your Own or Hire ours for an additional cost) Lake House Bungalow for 1 or two people. If you book the Lake House as twin share the
bed configuration is one king size bed and a good comfortable size divan. The Lake House comes with a Hot Tub overlooking the lake - bliss!

*Guests staying in the Lake House are asked to host the

evening cocktail party on the balcony (we supply and set everything up - you
just mingle lol). Cheers!
Wi-fi is available on site but we encourage you to disconnect

to get the most out of your retreat weekend. (there is no punishment or
judgement if you choose not to disconnect, lol).
