Embark on a private tour to visit some of the most fascinating attractions in Yucatan State and learn about its valuable cultural and natural heritage.
After an early pick-up from your accommodation in Cancun or Riviera Maya, we will head west to Yucatan. Our first stop is the ancient Mayan city of Ek Balam, a site that tells the story of an advanced civilization that thrived centuries ago. You will marvel at the impressive architecture and intricate carvings, as you immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the Mayan people.
Next, we’ll visit Cenote Xcanché, a natural wonder that is believed to have spiritual significance in Mayan culture. At this place, you will have the chance to visit two cenotes. As you swim in the crystal-clear waters and admire the stalactites hanging from the cave ceiling, you will feel a deep connection to the natural world and the wisdom of our ancestors.
Our final destination is the charming town of Valladolid, where we’ll explore the colorful streets and experience the vibrant culture of Mexico. From colonial architecture to lively markets, this town is a treasure trove of sights and sounds that will leave you inspired and awed. With an experienced guide to lead the way, you’ll have a truly unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever.
After a day full of new experiences, return to our vehicle and relax on the way back to your accommodation. Why go with us You will spend the time of the tour purely on its activities and sightseeing: no visits to tourist restaurants and souvenir shops (unless you ask). An ideal choice for small groups: the price of the tour is fixed and varies just slightly depending on the size of the group. We are flexible: we can adjust the program and route to your interests while the duration of the tour can always be extended for an extra fee. Logistics
DEPARTURE LOCATION AND TIME
To avoid crowds, the default departure times for this tour are 06:00, 07:00, and 08:00 AM , but we can also adjust them per your request. Our guide will pick you up from your accommodation at the requested time and might need to contact you by phone. Therefore, please kindly provide a valid phone number during your booking. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from Riviera Maya (Cancun-Tulum zone) are included: please indicate the time and location for a pick-up during your booking (e.g. in the "Special Requirements" field).
TOUR DURATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
The standard duration of the tour counts from the moment of pick-up till drop-off. At the same time, the tour is customizable which means we can adjust the time you spend in each destination. Also, if you want to visit an extra location (attraction/restaurant/market, etc.), you can do it on a complimentary basis if this visit (1) fits the default duration of the tour and (2) doesn't involve a major change of the route. Other changes such as extending the tour duration, changing the route, and adding extra participants, should be communicated to the Company at least 48 hours before the tour and might involve an extra fee.
WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU
Comfortable clothes and shoes; hat/cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen; swimming suit and towel; travel insurance, personal ID; some cash, good mood and curiosity. Notes The type of vehicle depends on the size of your group and may include car, 7-seater, or minivan. This is a private tour: only your group will participate. Travelers should have a basic physical fitness condition. The total duration of the tour depends on your pick-up location and varies from about 10 h (from Tulum and Playa del Carmen) to 11 h (from Cancun).
