This brunch bonanza begins at ¡VIVA!, the exuberant Latin-Mexican restaurant by acclaimed Los Angeles chef Ray Garcia who’s been featured on the Cooking Channel. Indulge in chilaquiles, a Mexican breakfast staple of heirloom corn tortilla chips topped with fried eggs and plenty of salsa and cheese; juicy heirloom tomato salad; shrimp tacos with guacamole; and zesty elotes-style Mexican street corn. Then, it’s on to Brezza, where Executive Chef Nicole Brisson applies all the skills she’s learned from growing up in a New York restaurant family and from training with some of the most celebrated chefs in Italy. Lastly, relax at Wally’s, a unique restaurant, wine bar, and specialty gourmet market that’s a celebrity hotspot in Los Angeles, where it originated.
