This course is meticulously crafted for freedivers aiming to deepen their skills and extend their depth capabilities to 30 meters. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of advanced freediving techniques and safety protocols through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application.

• Pre-Course One-on-One Zoom Session: Receive personalised coaching to prepare you for the upcoming training.
• In-Depth Classroom Workshops: Delve into advanced freediving theory, focusing on Frenzel equalisation, the physiology of freediving, and effective breathing and stretching routines.
• Pool Training Sessions: Enhance your static and dynamic apnea skills, aiming for a static breath-hold of 2 minutes and 30 seconds and a dynamic apnea distance of 50 meters.
• Open Water Depth Training (2 Days): Practice freefall, refine your buoyancy control, and execute constant weight dives, progressively reaching depths up to 30 meters.
• Stunning Dive Locations: Experience the crystal-clear waters and diverse marine life of the Bay of Islands, Cavalli Islands, and Kai Iwi Lakes.
What You’ll Learn
• Advanced Equalization Techniques: Master the Frenzel method to equalise efficiently at greater depths.
• Freefall and Buoyancy Control: Learn to utilise your body’s natural buoyancy, allowing effortless descents and conserving energy.
• Safety and Buddy System Protocols: This course will enhance your understanding of safety measures, including refined buddy system techniques and effective rescue procedures.

Prerequisites
• Age Requirement: Minimum of 15 years old.
• Certification: SSI Freediver Level 1 or equivalent certification from a recognised training agency.
• Experience: At least six logged freediving sessions, comfortable with dives up to 20 meters.
