Freediver Course: Dive Deep into Your Potential
Duration: 2 Days
Day 1: Foundations in the Pool
Immerse yourself in the world of freediving as we cover the basics. Our expert-led sessions in the pool lay the groundwork, ensuring you grasp the essential techniques. This isn’t just training – it’s the beginning of a transformative experience.
Day 2: Embrace the Ocean at one of our three locations - Dependant on weather and availability ( if you have a prefrance please let us know)
The transition from pool to the ocean and put your newfound skills to the test. Dive into one of the world’s most captivating spots, the Poor Knights Islands. Cavalli Islands and the Bay of Islands house enchanting underwater realms, where nature and adventure coalesce. Conclude your course with memories of a beautiful Island adventure, a unique experience reserved for a fortunate few.
Highlights : Comprehensive two-day training, from basics to actual ocean diving. Dive at the globally-renowned Islands, a mesmerising marine wonder. Expert instruction ensures safety, knowledge, and a one-of-a-kind adventure.
The level 1 and 2 Freedive course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge development about freediving techniques and equipment. You’ll study independently using the Freedive Online learning.
Confined water session to learn stretching and relaxation techniques and refine static and dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea, and dynamic apnea of 30 metres
Open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques. Goal – constant weight freedive to a max of 10 - 20 meters



Equipment needed:







You need a mask, snorkel, bifins, wetsuit and weight belt. We hire these if you need them!.
