'CAMP WILDERNESS'


Camp Wilderness is for all ages, so the entire family participates as a unit. You’ll have so much fun sharing the many outdoor activities together. Build a positive and memorable experience with your daughter or son in a beautiful outdoor setting – on the banks of the beautiful Nymboida River!

Spending special time with your child is good for your child’s development and wellbeing. Time together will boost your child’s confidence, resilience and they will feel happier and more relaxed. It is great for parents too – it’s your chance to be a kid again and just have fun. The adults will also enjoy this time with other parents and their children.



Camp Wilderness will offer challengers that will help with communication, teamwork, and trust. Activities will offer opportunities for personal growth and building connections whilst having heaps of fun together. Building bonds and memories that will last a lifetime.

LOCATION
Camp Wilderness is located in the heart of Buccarumbi, a quaint little town west of the rugged Buccarumbi Ranges and south-west of Grafton (NSW), where the Nymboida and Boyd Rivers join forces. Campers will embark on a journey which will take them back in time to the 1800s, where horsemen and bullock teams would stop to change teams, repair their coaches and respite at the local pub on their way from Glenn Innes to Grafton.
Camp Wilderness is situated on the most captivating 2 ½ thousand acres property offering campers over 6kms of magnificent whitewater river frontage. Campers will camp with their family, and even better make new lifetime friends.

Our qualified and experienced staff will deliver a unique camp experience and our approach is to customise the program to support the needs of you and your child.


MEALS
All meals and snacks will be catered for. Only fresh and healthy ingredients are used in our menu whilst still allowing campers to celebrate being at camp through eating yummy food.
We can cater for special dietary needs.

ACCOMMODATION
Private camping in tents on the banks of the Nymboida River.

REGISTRATION
Camp Wilderness dates:
On application, electronic Medical and Waiver Forms will be emailed out.
Our Camp program includes:
· 2 days of fun and activities.
· Private overnight camping on the banks of the Nymboida River.
· 24-hour camp supervision - camping, activities, and meals.
· Camp package includes all meals, accommodation (tents & mat), activities, camp facilitators, and quality equipment.
· Camp Wilderness is facilitated on our 2 1/2 thousand-acre private Exodus Property with over 6kms of whitewater river access.
· Experienced, trained professional staff with Blue Cards/NSW WWC.
· We provide you with a list of what to bring.
· Insurance for all participants.
· 4WD vehicle support .


CANCELATION POLICY
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
The weather can dictates our Bush Survival Skills tour.

Before booking, please make sure you read and understand the below.

Pending Supplier
For a trip to go ahead there needs to be a minimum of 8 people. Until the booking reaches 8 it will show 'Pending Supplier'.

If your group size is less than 8 you can either join a group, pay the difference, or enquire about starting a new booking with your preferred date.

Once there are 8+ people we will confirm the trip. You will than receive a ‘pre-arrival’ email (waiver) - please check your spam folder. Email is from 'thankyou@getwherewolf.com'. Each person must fill out this form before the trip commencement date. Any persons who have not completed our waiver form will not be allowed to go on the trip.

On Confirmation - your trip will still be pending
After receiving your 'confirmation' your trip will show as confirmed, however your trip may still not go ahead due to the following:

1. National Parks Closure - this is out of our control. They usually give us 24 hours’ notice however also not limited to.
2. Specialist Guides - availability of guides. Specialist guides are seasonal workers and hold down other full-time employment.
3. Covid Outbreak / Closures / Hotspots - If the government puts out a heath order that affects you from traveling or returning to your home address, we can put your order on hold for a later date (no terms on when you can re-use) This will not be considered for a 'possible closure'.

Cancellations
1. Exodus Adventures hold the right to cancel your trip due to the above conditions. If we cancelled your trip, you will have the opportunity to change dates or be given a full refund. Exodus Adventures will not be responsible for any compensation on your accommodation and or travel due to cancelling.
2. If you cancel any time before 14 days, a 10% admin fee will not be refunded*
3. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before the trip, 75% will be refunded*
4. If you cancel 7 days up to 48 hours before trip, 50% will be refunded*
