A criação do Parque Natural da Arrábida em 1975 teve como principal objectivo a preservação da sua Flora , que constitui um património natural de importância internacional.
Para além do elevado índice de biodiversidade, aqui existem espécies vegetais com elevado valor para a conservação.
Salientam-se dois endemismos arrabidenses, que apenas se podem encontrar nas falésias entre Sesimbra e o Cabo Espichel, assim como várias espécies autóctones.
A serra da Arrábida eleva-se acima de uma das mais belas linhas de costa em Portugal e é a mais encantadora área natural da região de Lisboa.
Este passeio de meio dia, leva-o por cerca de 7 km de caminhada , num percurso pela harmonia entre a montanha e o mar, uma viagem pela vida selvagem, história e tradições únicas da região.

A hike through the nature and history of the Arrábida Natural Park.
The Arrábida Natural Park was created in 1975 to ensure the preservation of the local Flora , a natural heritage of international importance. In addition to the high level of biodiversity, there are a few species of high conservation importance.
There are two Arrábida endemisms which can only be seen on the cliffs between Sesimbra and Cabo Espichel, as well as several native species.
The Arrábida range rises above one of the most beautiful coastlines in Portugal and is the most charming natural area in the Lisbon region. This half-day hike (about 7km) takes you on a journey through the harmony between the mountain and the sea, a journey through the wildlife, history and unique traditions of the region.

Une randonnée à travers la nature et l'histoire du parc naturel d'Arrábida.
Le Parc Naturel d'Arrábida à été crée en 1975 avec l’objectif principal de préservation de sa flore, qui constitue un patrimoine naturel d'importance internationale.
En plus de l'élevé niveau de biodiversité, on y trouve des espèces végétales très importantes pour la conservation.
Il existent notamment deux endémismes d'Arrábida, qui ne peuvent être vus que sur les falaises entre Sesimbra et Cabo Espichel, ainsi que plusieurs espèces indigènes.
L’Arrábida s'élève au-dessus de l'une des plus belles côtes du Portugal et est la zone naturelle la plus charmante de la région de Lisbonne. Cette excursion d'une demi-journée (environ 7km), vous emmènera dans un voyage à travers l'harmonie entre la montagne et la mer, un voyage à travers la faune, l'histoire et les traditions uniques de la région.
