From the Port of Picton Your Local Chauffeur will meet you
at the Picton I Site car park near the vehicle to take you on a
scenic journey through to Blenheim and the famous wine region.
This tour is strictly scenic and gourmet with unique views
of the Wairau Plains, vineyards, horticulture, and the beautiful Marlborough
Sounds when we travel back to your ship.

Savour our local cuisine at the famous Mussel Pot Cafe with many delicious menu options
for seafood lovers and always vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and dairy free.
Earlier in the day we visit a chocolate boutique with handmade preservative free chocolates.

The Port of Picton in the Queen Charlotte Sound welcomes cruise ships
through-out the season. Just 25 minutes south of Picton Your Local Chauffeur
takes you on a sensational scenic journey of Marlborough and being most famous
for the largest export and grower of New Zealand wines.
Your personal tour offers great flexibility to combine your favourite requests
with Your Local Chauffeur's recommendations of the area.
Although wine tasting is not included in this tour you can choose to try a glass of your
very favourite style or enjoy a good old beer. Non alcoholic always available.
Many gourmet treats await you. Not just the chocolate but superb cheeses, honey on tap,
black garlic produced in many culinary ways, cherries and berries in season December through to February.
Kiwi ice-cream 'Tip Top' and other brands also home made fudges. Real and Fresh fruit ice-cream is such a treat.
Your itinerary could vary depending on some of the options you choose on

the day. Some exciting options you could consider could be a visit to an award
winning garden, a visit to a renowned local artist’s personal gallery,
You could also choose a visit t the Omaka Air Museum to view Peter
Jackson’s classic air plane displays.
From lunch in Havelock you will travel around the Bays of the Marlborough Sounds.
Firstly, Pelorus Sound with amazing views and local craft doing their work or for pleasure.
You will travel through Link Water the home of the Cranky Goat who produce some delicious varieties of cheeses
and certainly match lovely wines of the region.
You will cross over the land dividing the Three Sounds to Queen Charlotte Sound, where you entered in your ship to the wharf.
Several high top views are not to be missed and you will stop at recommended spots and don't hesitate to say Hoy stop here!
