Yahava Koffeeworks:
A stop at Yahava Koffeeworks in Margaret River is the perfect start to the journey, as it’s sure to give you plenty
of energy for the exciting day ahead. Yahava is a well-loved, local WA company that sources coffee beans from all around the globe. They offer a range of different coffees for you to try on their tasting benches, and an expert will walk you through the options while explaining how each cup is brewed - you can even watch the beans
being freshly roasted right in front of you while you indulge in the sweeter side of coffee.

McHenry Hohnen:
Our southernmost and certified biodynamic vineyard is blessed with cooling Southern Ocean influences, a northerly aspect, plenty of sunshine and free-draining, ironstone gravel loam soil. The vineyard is located in the headwater of the Chapman Brook, near Witchcliffe in the south of the Margaret River region. The vines grow on a north facing slope in ironstone gravel over a strong clay base which provides good drainage and a basis for healthy and strong growth. Hazel’s vineyard forms the backbone our portfolio with planting of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Grenache, Petit Verdot and Mataro. McHenry Hohnen’s wine-making facility is located at Hazel’s Vineyard.

Pickup From Your Accommodation:
To make the early morning start a bit easier for you, we pick you up from your accommodation or nominated meeting point(within the Margaret River region).
Yahava Koffeeworks:
Our first stop, where you will indulge in a masterclass of coffee tasting that will energize you for the day ahead.

McHenry Hohnen:
Visit the winery vineyard - enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and indulge in a glass of wine in the vineyard before heading to their new cellar door (Vintners) where you will taste the fruits of the harvest, premium wines with minimal intervention along with complimentary cheese and crackers.
Vintners:
Venture on to the cellar door where you will taste the fruits of the harvest, premium wines with minimal intervention along with complimentary meats/cheese and crackers and receive a gift of two bottles of wine from the Rocky Road rang :
You will spend a relaxing time enjoying a three course lunch accompanied with two glasses of wine paired with your meal.

Peacetree is a small wine producer in the heart of Margaret River.
Howard Park:
Enjoy a seated wine tasting at a premier family-owned and run winery at Howard Park is a pioneering family-owned winery specialising in the premier regions of Margaret River and the Great Southern with an uncompromising commitment to quality, crafting wines that are expressive of their terroir.
Passel Estate:
Premium wine and cheese pairing over looking the vineyard.
To complete your day with enjoy a cleansing ale (guest expense)
