Participants Guidelines:
Varies depending on the venue, but we have junior packages at some sites that are suitable for ages 6 and up.

General Availability:
Most sites are open for booking seven days a week. Check with the location closest to you for specific availability.

What To Wear:
You will need to wear trainers, walking boots or similar shoes. Open toe sandals, flip flops or any kind of slip on or loose shoe is not suitable. This is an outside activity so you will need to wear clothing suitable for the weather on the day you come.

Weather:
Events will only be postponed or cancelled in the most extreme conditions.

Duration:
Depends how long it takes you to complete the course- it can be anywhere between an hour and three hours, depending on the site.

Most sites need a minimum of 2 per group.
