Itinerary

Start your adventure with an early morning pick-up from your accommodation, setting the stage for a day immersed in nature’s beauty. On our way to Reserva Toh, we’ll pick up a local birding expert who will guide us in spotting the incredible birdlife that makes this reserve so special.

Arriving just as the day begins, you’ll enjoy prime time for birdwatching. With our guide leading the way, we’ll wander through lush landscapes, listening and spotting beautiful bird species all around us.

After the birding tour, we’ll refuel with a hearty breakfast right in the reserve, giving you a chance to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Then, we’ll head to a unique place, where you’ll explore two magical cenotes. Take a refreshing swim, kayak on crystal-clear waters, and soak in the natural beauty.

Finally, we’ll return you to your accommodation, leaving you with unforgettable memories of a day spent in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

DEPARTURE LOCATION AND TIME
The default departure time for this tour is 4:00 AM in summer and 5:00 AM in winter, but we can slightly adjust it per your request. Our guide will pick you up from your accommodation at the requested time and might need to contact you by phone. Therefore, please kindly provide a valid phone number during your booking. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from Riviera Maya (Cancun-Tulum zone) are included: please indicate time and location for a pick-up during your booking (e.g. in the "Special Requirements" field).

TOUR DURATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
The standard duration of the tour counts from the moment of pick-up till drop-off. At the same time, the tour is customizable which means we can adjust the time you spend in each destination. Also, if you want to visit an extra location (attraction/restaurant/market, etc.), you can do it on a complimentary basis if this visit (1) fits the default duration of the tour and (2) doesn't involve a major change of the route. Other changes such as extending the duration of the tour, changing the route and adding extra participants, should be communicated to the Company at least 48 hours before the tour and might involve an extra fee.

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU
Comfortable clothes and shoes; hat/cap, sunglasses and sunscreen; mosquito repellent; swimming suit and towel; travel insurance and personal ID; good mood and curiosity.
