Your mad and muddy assault course challenge starts out with a full briefing from an experienced instructor which will include some insider knowledge on how to conquer some of the most difficult obstacles. Then after a quick change into any safety equipment needed it's time to take on the course.
No two courses are the same but you can expect to take on some of the classics such as; monkey bars, high walls, cargo nets and balance beams.
You can either take on the course at your own pace or race against clock and try to reach the top of the leader board, but whatever your motivation for taking on a mad and muddy assault course there's no greater feeling than crossing line!

What to wear
Old clothes that you don't mind getting very wet and muddy. lightweight trainers or boots with good grip are also a good choice. A towel and a spare set of clothes is essential!
