Participant guidelines
All participant under 14 years old need to have an adult accompanying them. This activity is not suitable for any one with a history of back problems or pregnant women.
General availability
London Ribs run seven days a week during the summer season (March to October). During the winter months rides take place at weekends only.
Weather
This activity tends to run in most weather conditions, call on the day of your activity if you are unsure.
What to wear
Please note that you will get wet so it's best to wear something waterproof or clothes you don't mind getting a bit wet. You will be given a life jacket to wear. Wear flat soled shoes.
