Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable within 7 days of your reservation date. A cancellation is refundable, minus the deposit, with at least 7+ days notice of the reservation date.
All guests must adhere to the pool party dress code and prohibited item rules or may be denied pool party entry and no refunds will be provided. Please see Dress Code Rules in the Q&A below.

How can I increase my chances of getting free drinks at the pool party?
We recommend booking this package for a limo pickup time of 11:30am or earlier. This way you’ll arrive to the pool party at or before 12:30 to increase your chances. Also, the pool party calendar-by-day above lists the venues in the order we recommend based on increased chances of getting free drinky-drinks. :)
Is the limo BYOB?
Yes! A complimentary Champagne toast is provided during your ride from your pickup location to the pool party, but you are more than welcome to bring something else to sip on! We recommend something easy like canned seltzers/beers or more bubbly. Keep in mind you won't be able to enter the pool party with your outside drinks, but they sure can make getting through the security-check line into the venue that much better ;)
What is the pool party dress code?
Generally, swimwear worn under a cover-up with sandals, flip flops or clean street sneakers is standard. No boots, oversized bags, drugs, weapons, eye drops, outside food/drinks, jean/leather type pants (swimwear cover-up pants are ok) etc. This list is not exhaustive, so please see our in-depth Dress Code article HERE.
Are guys allowed to participate in this Splash Dance package?
This experience is a treat for the ladyfolk, but having one guy in your group, maybe two, is ok.
Is this experience wheelchair accessible?
This experience is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately, due to the fleet of vehicles not having the required mechanism.
What forms of ID are acceptable to participate?
A non-expired, valid Government-Issued ID (driver license, passport, State ID). Venues don’t accept temporary/paper IDs or pictures of IDs. All participants must have valid ID showing they are 21 years of age or older to participate.
Do pool parties have food for purchase?
Yes, pool parties have a walk-up food window.
Can I Bring Sunscreen into the pool party?
Yes, you may bring sunscreen. Security might open it to make sure it’s actually sunscreen. Pool party venues will also have it available for purchase. Note: Some venues only allow spray sunscreen vs. a cream. Every venue is different.

Can we get a table or daybed at the pool party? We can absolutely help you book a table or daybed at the pool party, it just doesn’t automatically come with this Splash Dance package. Simply shoot us an email at info@gxptours.com .
