Citrouilles grimaçantes, sorcières, fantômes, toiles d’araignées, squelettes… les magnifiques « brownstones » se parent de décoration dès le début du mois d’Octobre en vu de la célèbre fête. Plongez dans cette ambiance particulière aux Etats-Unis.
Pumpkin Carving !
Activité obligatoire pour tous les enfants et aussi les plus grands appelée « Pumpkin Carving ». Ce terme désigne la décoration d’une citrouille. On commence par la vider, puis on découpe des formes pour créer des yeux, une bouche, des dents… Vient ensuite la décoration de la citrouille qui peut prendre plusieurs formes : paillettes, peinture, autocollants, laine, gommettes… Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! L’expérience se termine en plaçant une bougie pour éclairer la jolie citrouille ainsi transformée.
